The site is asking me for a sign in. What do I need to do?

You will be prompted to either create an account or log in to an existing account. To create your account simply add your email and choose a password. You can also sign in using an existing Google account.

I don't get your email alerts before you sell out. Help!

Here are some tips that improve your odds of getting our email alert on time:

  • Check your spam folder. Our email alert may be marked as spam.
  • Add today@steals.com to your address book or safe sender list (if applicable).
  • We send the email alert at 9am MT, but the delivery time to your inbox varies depending on your email provider.

I see one amazing steal for sale on each site, when will I see more?

STEALS.som sites are deal-of-the-day websites. We sell boutique-quality products for women at up to 80% off until they sell out. Everyday at 9am and 9pm MT another amazing "steal" starts at a price so good that it's not just a deal, it's a steal! If you missed today's steal, check back tomorrow for something new!

Everything is sold out. Can I still order it?

Sounds like you missed out on the steal. Quick fingers are the key at Steal Network! Things sell out quickly and once the item is gone, it's gone. Check back at 9 for a new steal!

Can I purchase more than 3 items?

You can purchase up to 3 items each style and size per steal! The 3-item per style limit is so that people can’t steal it all!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

In order to continue to provide the deepest discounts possible, we can not accept returns or exchanges. The good news is that our steals make great gifts! We guarantee all items to be first quality. If there is an issue, email us within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll be sure to help you out.

I keep getting suspicious emails that claim to be from you and Google Checkout. How do I get them to stop?

Sporadically over the past several months, Google Wallet users have reported spam mail that is addressed from us (via Google Checkout). The body of the spam mail varies in its messaging, but the result is usually the same in which it is prompting you to visit a particular site/url or to verify and validate a fake account. These types of emails are either phishing attempts or spammers trying to drive traffic to certain particular websites.
 
Here's what we recommend to get these emails to stop:

-Mark these emails as spam

As we work with Google to eliminate these spam emails being sent, please understand that phishing/spam types of emails are hard to control. In many cases spam generators are shut down but they then quickly pop back up. Ordering

How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your STEALS.com account and click on my acct in the top right corner. This screen displays your order status, order history, and specific order details. If you have any other questions,  fill out this form here and we'll help you out!

I am having a problem placing my order. Help!

Contact us here with the details of your problem. Please specify the browser (Internet ExplorerFirefoxChromeSafari) you are using, the type of device you are using to order from, and other specific details of the problem you are experiencing. We'll do our best to get you back to stealing ASAP!

I placed an order with an incorrect address. Can you change it for me?

  • We can change your address within the first 15 minutes after you place your order. Send us a request to update your address here. If you wait longer than 15 minutes, we will do our best to help, but it's probably too late. We ship fast around here!
  • For permanent address changes log into your STEALS.com account, found by clicking my account on the top right-hand side of our sites -- there you will see the option to edit your saved addresses. 

It won't accept my address?

Be sure that you have the correct country selected in the drop down, above where you enter your address. The three options available are US, Canada and Australia. 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not allow cancellations. Because of the steal price and speed of shopping on our website, purchasing with us is different than traditional online stores. Carefully review your order before it is placed. Once it's stolen, it's yours! Besides, we ship so fast that you don't have time to change your mind.

I finished my order but now want to change the size or color. Can you change it for me?

We are not able to modify your order so please carefully review your order before it is placed. Our shipping is faster than a speeding bullet. So fast that not even our shipping superheroes can stop it without altering the axis of the earth!

Can I checkout with Google Wallet?

No. We recently removed the option to checkout with Google Wallet because it could not verify inventory immediately -- which allowed orders to be placed after inventory had already been depleted. We have the option to checkout by PayPal or Credit Card when placing your order. Checkout by Credit Card is as fast as Google was because it securely saves your payment data after setting it up. 

Shipping

U.S. Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within one business day and will arrive in 3-5 days (Expedited), 3-9 days (Standard) or 3-14 days (Economy), depending on what you choose during checkout. Orders are shipped using various carriers, but will be delivered by USPS, with the exception of FedEx Ground.

Your ship confirmation will include a link, plus all information, to track your order.

this form if you do not receive your package within the expected delivery time. 

 

Canadian Shipping

Canadian orders are generally shipped within one business day and will arrive in 3-5 days (Expedited), 3-9 days (Standard) or 8-45 days (Economy), depending on what you choose during checkout. Orders are shipped using various carriers, but will be delivered by Canada Post, with the exception of DHL Express. Customs, duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. There are no additional brokerage fees charged. 
We also offer USPS First Class International (8-45 days) and USPS Priority International (3-9 days). Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included through USPS and may be due at delivery.

I live in the Salt Lake City area. Can I pick up my stuff and not pay shipping?

You're in luck! To save customers who live by us even more money, we offer free local pickup in Salt Lake City and you can shop at our Steals.com Boutique full of steals! Please click here and read the details before using local pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship to the U.S., Canada, US Territories, Australia and APO addresses.

I just placed an order from one of your sister sites. Can you please combine my order to save me shipping?

We are not able to combine orders after they have been placed. To take advantage of combined shipping you can add items from each site and checkout like usual in the same order, all in one cart!

I placed my order before you changed your shipping options. How soon can I expect my steal?

We want you to get hooked up with your steals fast and we do everything possible to ship your order the same day, or within 24 hours.

  • Estimated Delivery Times
    • USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 days
    • USPS First Class - 3-5 days
    • DHL SmartMail - 5-7 days
    • USPS Parcel Select - 7-14 days 
    • First Class Package International - 7-14 business days, but can take up to 30 business days
    • Priority Mail International - 9-14 days
    • FedEx Ground - 2-5 days

I placed an order for local pickup but have been unable to pick it up within 2 weeks as asked. Do you still have it?

As stated on our local pickup information page, we do ask that all orders are picked up within 2 weeks. However, we know that on occasion things come up that prevent pickup within the requested time. Any orders that are not picked up within 90 days will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
